This policy explains how Midnight Clarity handles website enquiries, newsletter subscriptions and external services. Contact hello@midnightclaritypsychic.com with a privacy question.
Information you choose to share
Newsletter forms request your email address and, optionally, your first name, together with your consent to receive Midnight Clarity emails. App-interest subscriptions also record your interest in app updates. We use this information to provide the resource or updates you request.
When you use the Connect form, Midnight Clarity stores your optional first name, required email address, optional topic, required question or message, and an automatic submission timestamp in the Site’s private Cloudflare D1 database. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Messages are available only through authenticated owner administration and are not publicly accessible. Submitting a message does not subscribe you to The Midnight Missive. No automatic email notification is sent. If you email us directly, we receive your address and the information in your message. Please share only what is needed to answer your question; avoid sending sensitive personal documents or payment details.
Newsletter and preferences
Midnight Clarity collects signups directly through this website. The Site’s Cloudflare D1 database stores your email address, optional first name, explicit consent and the wording you agreed to, signup source (Starter Kit or App Interest), and a database-generated submission timestamp. We use these details to provide requested resources and relevant updates. Booking a reading does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
Emails may include relevant content, app news, specials and Midnight Clarity updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or request help through our email preferences page. We do not sell or rent subscriber information.
Providers and website data
The website and signup database use the Sites hosting runtime and Cloudflare storage. Namecheap Private Email handles enquiries and Premium.Chat handles booking and reading services. Hosting and embedded services may process IP addresses, browser information, logs and cookies for delivery, security and their own service functions. Google Analytics has not been added by Midnight Clarity.
Bookings and payments take place through Premium.Chat. Retail purchases take place on the linked retailer’s website. Those providers have their own privacy policies; their systems may process information in countries other than yours.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to provide requested services, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable obligations. Subscriber records are not publicly accessible. Viewing and CSV exports take place through authenticated owner administration. Signup does not send an automatic email. A limited suppression record may be retained to honor an unsubscribe request. Earlier website newsletter subscriptions may remain in the website database; no automatic transfer of those records is implied.
To request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a concern, email hello@midnightclaritypsychic.com. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Available rights depend on applicable law. Reasonable safeguards help protect information, but no online system is entirely risk-free.
Updates
This policy covers this website and its mailing list. The app will provide information about its data practices when it launches. Changes to this policy will be reflected in the date above.
